Color Black with gold filled trim. There is a 1" wide gold band on the bottom of the cap that has a lined pattern.
Nib Medium stubby semi-hooded Taperite style nib. It's got just a hint of stub character to it, with a slightly finer cross stroke and wider down stroke. It's not a lot, but it will add a tiny bit of flair to your writing.
Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a unique and beautiful pen that is velvety black and shiny. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip and light scratching. The lever has a bit of plating wear on the end, but otherwise looks great. The cap has primarily microscratching with a few deeper scratches. There is some brassing around the cap lip. The cap band has some scratching, and there is a small area of plating wear bout halfway between the end of the clip and the cap lip. The clip looks nice with a bit of brassing and plating wear near the open end. The imprints are clear.
