Filling System Lever filler (We have replaced the bladder and it works very well.). The mechanical pencil takes thick, .046mm leads.
Color Black. The trim is gold plated or filled.
Nib The nib is marked Waterman's 14CT W3. It is nicely flexible with a good ink flow ... and a lot of tipping material. Medium point, produces a medium-fine italic line. There's an italic cut. See writing sample below.
Condition Both the pen and mechanical pencil are in superior condition, resting in their original Waterman's box with accompanying paperwork. The fountain pen has the original Waterman's band indicating Medium nib size. The imprints are clear. There are no scratches, chips, dents, or marks. This is a beautiful set. Any visible wear is on the box.
