Product Name Unknown. Webster was a second tier maker, and this is one of their basic pens in a small size.
Manufacturer and Year Webster, Chicago (this was one of the National Pen companies) – circa 1920s-30s.

Filling System Lever filler. We've restored it with a new sac and it's working well.
Color Black chased hard rubber, with a wavy line pattern. Gold plated lever and clip (the gold plating is mostly worn off on both). The clip has a long stemmed tulip motif on it.
Nib FINE 14k gold
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a nice little pen with defined chasing. The clip and lever have major plating wear and pitting and the clip lists to the right. The tulip motif on the clip looks pretty and is clear. The imprint is clear.
