Color Burgundy marble with gold plated trim.
Nib FINE steel nib. It's two-tone and labeled Star. (Star was a Weidlich brand.) Much of the gold plating is gone. It's smooth and a bit springy. There's some pitting around the slit and a little more on the underside.
Condition Excellent + condition, near mint except for the wear on the nib. There's plating wear on arrowhead of the clip. There's handwear and microscratching throughout but no major scratches. The imprint is legible and the pen looks very nice in hand. No cracks or chips, dings or dents, or personalization. It's fully restored and working well.
