Type Vintage ring top lever filling fountain pen.

Length 4-7/16" not including the ring top hardware.
Filling System Lever filler. We've restored it with a new sac and it's working very well.
Color Black celluloid, with a pattern of grouped lengthwise lines. There is a thin white band at the top of the cap, as well as a 1/8" gold cap band. Translucent green cap finial.
Nib MEDIUM 14k gold Yankee #2 nib. Semi-flex.
Condition Excellent condition. There are marks on the cap crossing the chased lines. They almost look deliberate, except that they're not repeated on the barrel, and may be a factory mistake. Cap band is brassed along the edges. Light scratching on the barrel. Lever is in good shape. Ringtop hardware is firmly attached. No cracks or chips, dings or dents. It's fully restored and working well.
