Manufacturer and Year Yard-O-Led, made in England -- 1997, based off of the date code hallmark.

Filling System Takes international cartridges and converters. A piston converter is installed.
Color Sterling silver with hand-carved flourishes. It has a sterling section. The cap has a cartouche for personalization and it is modeled after the old pencils that made the brand well known.
Nib Broad Stub 18k Nib. It has silver-colored masking and started as broad but was cut for line variation. It's a bit springy and still has lots of tipping material. See the writing sample below.
Condition Superior condition. Very light handwear on the cap and barrel with slightly more handwear on the section. Since the pen has a slip cap, there is a band of capping marks at the bottom of the section. The imprints are easily read but the "Made in England" on the cap lip is either faded or wasn't strongly pressed. Some of the flourishes on the barrel go onto the smooth band between the barrel and section. No dings, dents, scratches, or personalization.
